脉冲电流对Cu-2.5Fe-0.03P-0.1Zn合金组织和性能的影响

摘    要:采用微秒级高密度脉冲电流对CuFeP合金进行时效处理 ,试验研究了脉冲电流处理对合金显微组织及硬度的影响。结果表明 ,适当参数的电脉冲时效 ,可使Cu 2 .5Fe 0 .0 3P 0 .1Zn合金的析出相控制在细小的纳米尺度 ,在合金的电导率高于 6 0 %IACS的同时 ,显微硬度达到HV115 ,从而使二者实现较理想的配合

Abstract:Milisecond high density electric pulse was used to shortly age Cu 2.5Fe 0.03P 0.1Zn copper alloy.The effects of electric pulse aging on the microstructures,electric conductivity and microhardness of this copper alloy were systematically investigated.The experimental results had shown that the alloy phase precipitated in Cu 2.5Fe 0.03P 0.1 Zn alloy during electric pulse aging could be controlled to the order of fine nano size and the ideal match of electric conductivity and microhardness could be achieved in the condition of optimized parameters of electric pulse.The electric conductivity of the alloy was kept at above 60%IACS while the microhardness reached to HV115.
