| 摘 要： | 通过对注射模传统设计方法的模拟,建立了从塑件图输入到模具图输出的实用CAD系统,实现了模具型腔和型芯图形的自动转换,采用特殊的编码技术处理标准零件的设计数据,建立了相应标准件及标准结构的图形库.

| Abstract: | A practical CAD system for the injection mould has been developed. The surfaces of the cavity and core are handled with a surface forming algorithm, and the coordination of points on cavity and core surface are found by superposition of dimensions. A special coding system has also been developed to handle the data of the standard mould base and its components. Three methods of building the graphic library based on the similarities between the components and the complete assembly are discussed. Some empirical formulae have been collected, and a better design environment is provided with a drawing package Auto CAD 10. 0 to enable users to carry out the mould design at high level. |
