尾矿库内外联合合并防洪安全研究

摘    要:在梯级尾矿库、截河尾矿库中,存在独立防洪和联合合并防洪两种情况。联合合并排洪系统水力计算目前主要采用无压流,有压流状态下的水力计算尚未形成理论公式。针对这种现状,对独立排洪与联合合并排洪系统进行了比较,结果表明,对于隧洞及覆盖层较薄的排水管,联合合并排洪系统投资低。根据实际液体的恒定总流能量方程与水流的连续性条件,推导了联合合并排洪有压流状态下的水力计算公式,提出合并点位置的选择要求,给出了截河尾矿库联合合并排洪系统有压流状态下的调洪演算算例。成果可以应用于现有梯级尾矿库、截河尾矿库联合合并防洪安全分析与复核,也可以用于新建梯级尾矿库、截河尾矿库联合合并排洪系统的设计与优化。

Abstract:In the cascade tailings and cut river tailings, two cases of independent flood control and joint merger flood control exist. At present, hydraulic calculation of the joint merger drainage system mainly adopts the free surface flow, pressure flow condition formula for hydraulic calculation theory has not been formed. In view of this situation, comparing independent drainage system and the joint merger drainage system, the results show that, the investment of joint merger drainage system using tunnel and drain-pipe of the thinner covering layer is lower .Based on the actual fluid flow of constant total energy equation and flow continuity condition , pressure flow condition hydraulic calculation formula of the joint merger drainage system was deduced , the choice of merger point location is put forward, the example of flood regulating calculation under the condition of pressure flow about the joint merger drainage system of cut river tailings is given. Results can be applied to safety analysis and review of the joint merger drainage system of cascade tailings and cut river tailings existing, can also be used for design and optimization of he joint merger drainage system of a new cascade tailings or cut river tailings.
