摘    要:以阴离子交换法组装合成十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)插层水滑石(LDHs-SDS),X线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱分析表明SDS已成功插层到水滑石(LDHs)层间。将插层好的LDHs-SDS应用于环氧/氰酸酯共固化体系的改性,主要探讨了LDHsSDS对环氧/氰酸酯基纳米复合材料热稳定性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着LDHs-SDS的加入,复合材料的热稳定性基本保持不变,但阻燃性得到明显改善。此外,加入适量的LDHs-SDS可以提高复合材料的弯曲性能和冲击性能。

Abstract:Hydrotalcite containing sodium dodecyl sulfate (LDHs-SDS) was prepared with the ion exchange method and was used to modify the epoxy/cyanate co-curing systems. X-ray scattering (XRD), Fourier transform infrared results indicated that SDS was successfully intercalated into the interlayer of LDH. The effect of LDHs-SDS on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of the epoxy/cyanate nanocomposites was studied. The results showed that the thermal stability of nanocomposites remained unchanged, but the flame retardant was notablely improved. Besides, adding the right amount of LDHs-SDS increased the flexural properties and the impact properties of nanocomposites.
