近红外半导体激光器注入电流和工作温度的精密控制

摘    要:为获得高稳定的半导体激光器的频率输出研究了其注入电流和工作温度的高精控制方法,讨论了控制电路的原理和实际设计,给出了激光器注入电流,工作温度稳定性的测量结果,用稳定的激光器观察了汽泡铷原D2吸收谱线。

Abstract:In order to stabilize the output frequency of semiconductor laser, a method for precisely controlling and stabilizing its inject current and operating temperature is studied in this paper. The design principles of the control circuits and their practices are discussed.The measured stabilities of the current and operating temperatre of the laser are given. The stabilized laser has been used to observe the D2 absorption lines of natural rubidium.
