槲皮素对大鼠肝损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究槲皮素对四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法24只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、病理模型组和槲皮素预防治疗组,每组8只。模型组给予CCl40.3mL/100g皮下注射,隔天一次;药物预防组在模型组的基础上予以槲皮素30mg.kg-1.d-1灌胃,隔天一次。1周后测定血清中的谷丙转氨酶ALT、谷草转氨酶AST,并在光镜下观察肝组织的病理形态的改变。结果槲皮素组较模型组的ALT、AST显著降低(P<0.05);肝细胞变性、坏死及炎症反应明显减轻。结论槲皮素对大鼠肝损伤有保护作用。

Abstract:ObjectTo study the protective effects of Quercetin on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats. MethodsTwenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group (n=8), the model group (n=8)and the Querectin group (n=8). Liver injuries in the model group and in the Querectin group were induced by carbon tetrachloride (hypodermic injection,0.3 ml/100 g, on alternate days) and the rats in the Querectin group were intragastrically administered Querectin (30 mg/kg/d, on alternate days) simultaneously. Levels of ALT and AST in serum were determined and histopathological changes were observed under optical microscopy. ResultIn the Quercetin group, the levels of serum ALT and AST were markedly reduced compared with those in the model group. Hepatic cell swelling vacuolation, steatosis, necrosis and inflammation in the Quercetin group were lighter than those in the model group. ConclusionQuexcetin has remarkably protective effects on liver injury in rats.
