| 摘 要： | 对半导体激光的光束质量和像散特性进行了研究。基于二阶矩定义，对表征半导体激光光束质量和像散特性的光束特征参数M2因子和内禀像散不变量a等作了理论推导和分析。半导体激光的光束质量和像散特性与半导体激光运行时的多模模阶次和各阶模的权重因子成比例，模阶次越高或高阶模的权重越大，其光束质量越差，像散越厉害。

| Abstract: | The beam quality and astigmatism of a semiconductor laser studied in this paper.Based on the second-order moments,the M 2 factor and the intrinsic astigmatism of the beam from a semiconductor laser are derived and analyzed theoretically.The beam quality and astigmatism of a semiconductor laser rely on the order of the multimode and the proportion of every mode,the higher the order of the multimode or the more the proportion of every mode,the worst the beam quality of the beam from a semiconductor laser . |
