摘    要:本文通过SEM显微组织观察及烧结过程模型研究了Fe─Cu─C─MnS烧结钢显微组织形成与实际工艺过程的关系,认为Fe─Cu─C─MnS烧结钢中MnS的分布与MnS添加方式密切相关:采用混合法添加MnS时,MnS通常分布在铁颗粒烧结颈附近,而采用预合金法添加MnS时,MnS则分布于铁颗粒内。

Abstract:Relationship between the microstructure of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steel and the process is inverstigated by using SEM microstructure observation and sintering model. it has been found that the distribution of MnS is due to it's additive method, when MnS is admixed most of MnS is distributed near the sintering neck of two Fe powders while MnS is pre-alloyed, most of MnS is inside Fe powder.
