摘    要:研究了水杨酸对黄瓜幼苗盐伤害的缓解效应。结果表明,盐胁迫条件下水杨酸能够提高幼苗干重和相对含水量,通过促进子叶SOD和POD活性降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量和质膜透性,因而缓解了黄瓜幼苗的盐伤害。

Mitigative effect of salicylic acid on salt stress-induced injuries in cucumber seedling

Abstract:Mitigative effect of salicylic acid on salt stress_induced injuries are studied in cucumber seedling. The results showed that, under salt stress, salicylic acid can increase dry weight and relative water content of seedling, reduce the content of malon_diadehyde (product of membrane lipid peroxidation) and the plasma permeability by promoting the activity of SOD and POD. Therefore the injuries caused by salt stress are mitigated by exogenous salicylic acid in cucumber seedling.
