The Design and Discuss of the Traffic and Road Management Information System

In this paper, coupled with the developing and designing of the Traffic and Road Management information System, the character and framework of Management information System(MIS) arediscussed. The design and realization of MIS under Client/Server construction are brought up. A neweffective developing method of MIS is given. At last the advantage of developing Database applicationsystem by means of PowerBuilder 5.0 as tool software is put forward.
