摘    要:建立了调水工程线路方案优选的评价指标体系,采用变异系数法和专家调查法相结合的方式确定评价指标权重,建立了调水工程线路方案优选的理想解法模型,并把该模型应用于调水工程线路规划方案评价中.算例表明该方法计算简便,结果合理,具有较强的应用性,是一种有效的综合评价方法.

Abstract:An evaluation index system is developed for optimal selection of water diversion routes. By adoption of the methods of variation coefficient and experts' investigation for determination of the weight of the evaluation indexes, an ideal solution model is established and applied to evaluation of schemes for water diversion projects. Examples show that the evaluation method is effective with such merits as simple calculation and high applicability, and the result obtained is reasonable.
