| 摘 要： | 采用了SnCl2·2H2O为还原剂,丁二酰二酰肼(SDH)为N3-离子提供体,在室温下制备[99mTcN]2+中间体,然后与仲丁基黄原酸盐(SBXT),正丁基黄原酸(BXT)2种黄原酸盐配体发生配体交换反应得到放射化学纯度大于90%的[99mTcN(SBXT)2],[99mTcN(BXT)2]配合物.2种配合物均为体外稳定性良好的脂溶性物质.小鼠体内生物分布结果表明:2种配合物在小鼠心肌中有一定的摄取量,但是二者的靶与非靶比值均偏低,不适合作为心肌显像剂.[99mTcN(SBXT)2]的心脑摄取要优于[99mTcN(BXT)2],表明改变黄原酸盐配体氧原子上的基团有望得到一类新型的心脑显像剂.

| Abstract: | Two novel 99mTc nitrido complexes 99mTcN(SBXT)2(secondarybutyl xanthate,SBXT),99mTcN(BXT)2(butyl xanthate, BXT) are prepared by the reduction of [99mTcO4]-to [99mTcN]2+with stannous chloride in the presence of succinic dihydrazide, followed by the addition of the corresponding xanthate ligand.The radiochemical purity(RCP) of the products is over 90% as measured by thin layer chromatography(TLC).Both of them are lipophilic and have good stability at room temperature.Biodistribution results in mice show that ... |
