初级中学分班问题的成因与对策

摘    要:新义务教育法明令禁止区分"重点班"和"普通班",但当前分班现象并未消失。这在一定程度上违背了教育规律,违反了教育公平原则。社会、家庭和学校等多方面的利益趋向导致了分班问题的出现,其标准和目的的不合理,师资配置的不均衡对社会、教师和学生带来了不良的影响。针对这些问题,政府应加大执法和监督力度,社会采取多元化的评价标准,而学校也应当规范入班制度,对教育资源进行合理均衡的配置。

Causes and Countermeasures about Problems of Students Division in Junior High School

Abstract:The new Compulsory Education Law prohibits dividing students into"key classes" and "regular classes",but the current phenomenon has not disappeared,which to some extent,is against the education law,in violation of the principle of equity in education.The interests for society,family and school etc.lead to the problems of students division.The improper purpose and standard of students division,and uneven allocation of teachers brought a bad influence on society,teachers and students.To solve these problems,the government should intensify the law enforcement and supervision,community should take a wide range of evaluation criteria,and schools should balance the allocation of education resources.
