低温绝对辐射计国内比对实验研究

摘    要:低温绝对辐射计是目前光学遥感定标和光学计量领域最高精度功率标准,其测量精度无法通过更高精度的标准予以校验,两个最高精度初级标准之间的实验比对是评价最高标准测量精度的有效方法之一.中科院安徽光机所和华东电子测量仪器研究所在国内首次开展了低温绝对辐射计比对定标实验,分别利用两台不同致冷方式的低温绝对辐射计作为初级标准,中国科学院安徽光学精密机械研究所研制的陷阱探测器B作为传递标准探测器,在632.8和1064nm两个波长对硅陷阱探测器B的绝对光谱响应度进行了绝对定标,测量的功率点分别为200和150?W.测量的绝对光谱响应度的相对差异分别为6.06×10?5和8.49×10?4,定标总合成不确定度分别为0.093786%和0.105166%,验证了参与比对低温绝对辐射计定标系统的稳定性、高精度和可靠性.

Abstract:Cryogenic radiometer is currently the highest accuracy primary standard in the field of optical remote sensing calibration and metrology, its accuracy has no way to be validated by higher accuracy standard, experiment comparison between the highest accuracy primary standards is one of effective methods to evaluate the highest standard measurement accuracy. The first cryogenic radiometer compassion experiment was done in two institutes between Anhui Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (AIOFM) and East China Institute of Electronic Measurement Instrument (ECIEMI) in China, the responsivity of silicon trap B detector at the wavelengths of 632.8 and 1064 nm were calibrated by the different type cryogenic radiometer, the selected calibrated power were 200 and 150 μW respectively. The relative errors of absolute spectral responsivity were 6.06×10-5 and 8.49×10-4 respectively. The total combine uncertainties of the compassion results were 0.093786% and 0.105166% respectively. It is validated that the two cryogenic radiometers are the higher steady, higher accuracy and higher reliability.
