| 摘 要： | 在“三农”问题备受关注和农机购置补贴力度不断加大的新形势下，农机质量监督管理工作的发展方向成为急需研究的课题．从农机质量监督管理工作的现实情况入手，利用数字对比和事实论证相结合的方式，对其在提高农民收入、提升企业层次、推动农业化发展等方面的重要性和面临的难于管理的复杂形势进行详细的阐述和深入的分析，为其向制度化、规范化转变提供理论依据．

| Abstract: | When the three issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area are getting increasing attention and subsidies for agricultural machinery purchase are ascending, the development of the management of agricultural machinery quality supervision becomes an issue that requires due attention. This paper, drawing on the status quo of agricultural machinery quality supervision and based upon facts and data comparison, discusses and analyzes the difficulties and importance of agricultural machinery quality supervision in increasing farmers＇ income, enhancing enterprises＇ level and boosting agricultural developments. It also provides theoretical support for the regulation and standardization of agricultural machinery quality supervision. |
