基于混合模式PWM二相步进电机驱动控制的研究

摘    要:针对步进电机转速不够平稳、低速转动存在振动和明显的步进现象,在研究二相步进电机数学模型、深入分析两电平PWM和三电平PWM在步进电机驱动控制中的优缺点的基础上,提出一种适用于步进电机微步驱动控制的混合模式PWM微步驱动控制方法。仿真结果验证了该控制方法的有效性:该控制方法实现了二相步进电机定子绕组电流分别按正、余弦规律等角度进行变化、步进电机微步运行,达到改善电机步进现象的目的;同时,电机转速平稳,解决了步进电机低速转动时的振动和转速不够平稳的问题。混合模式PWM微步驱动控制方法使步进电机定位控制精度有了很大提高。

Abstract:Stepping motor has not enough stable speed,vibrates at the low speed and exits clear step phenomenon.In order to solve these problems,a type of mixing mode pulsewidth modulation(PWM) control scheme was proposed which was analyzed on the basis of two-phase stepping motor mathematical model and the analysis of advantage and disadvantage of the two-level PWM and three-level PWM.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the control method to achieve the expected winding current.Stepping motor achieves micro-step operation,which improves step phenomenon.The motor has stable speed,which settles low-speed vibration and not enough smooth speed.The positioning control accuracy of stepping motor has been greatly improved.
