摘    要:加强作业训练是保障煤矿生产安全的主要措施,为解决煤矿行业中传统的作业培训方法的局限性,基于VIRTOOLS平台开发了煤矿作业仿真训练系统。借助于该系统,受训者在虚拟的煤矿工作环境中完成各种安全操作规程的学习和各工种的操作训练。从系统组成与功能、虚拟环境创建、训练评价、系统优化等方面对SSCMT系统的设计与开发做了详细的论述。通过实际的应用显示:SSCMT在降低培训成本、激发学习兴趣、提高培训质量方面收到了良好的效果。

Abstract:Strengthening the practice training is a primary means to ensure the safety in coal production.To solve the limitation of traditional work training method in coal industry,a Simulation System of Coal-Mine Work Training(SSCMT) was developed based on VIRTOOLS.With the system,the trainees could complete various operating training and study various operating regulations in a virtual coal-mine working environment.A detailed explanation of the design and development of SSCMT was made from the following aspects: system functions,creating a virtual environment,training evaluation,system optimization.The realistic application demonstrates that the SSCMT system has brought good results in reduction of training cost,stimulation of learning interest,and improvement of training quality.
