摘    要:为提高三相异步电机在轻载和空载运行时的功率因数与机械效率,提出运用智能遗传算法对功率因数和机械效率进行综合优化,算法借助于正交表试验设计和智能型交配运算等步骤,改善遗传算法的性能。仿真结果表明基于智能遗传算法的异步电机功率因数和机械效率综合优化,方法简单、有效,能明显提高功率因数和机械效率,提高节能控制效果,提高优化精确度和计算速度。

Abstract:In order to improve three-phase asynchronous motor’s power factor and mechanic efficiency under light-load or no-load,the new optimization method based on intelligent genetic algorithm was proposed,which used orthogonal experiment and intelligent mating operations to improve the performance of genetic algorithm.Simulation results show that it is an easy and effective method to improve power factor and mechanic efficiency.Obvious development of control effect,optimization accuracy and computation speed have testified its superb function.
