| 摘 要： | 自卑心理是大学生重要的心理危机之一,对其矫治的认知干预模式因具有较强的实践操作性和稳固的效果以及相对的经济性而倍受青睐。大学生自卑会使得大学生存在人际交往障碍、阻碍其潜能开发、阻碍全面认知自我等消极影响。对大学生自卑心理危机认知干预应采取抛弃不合理理念、正确认识自卑、认知自我、主动进行人际交往等措施。

| Abstract: | Inferior mentality is one of the serious mental crisis.The interfering pattern from cognitive view has many strong points,such as practical,stable and economical.This paper seeks to interpret personal error cognition and propose the cognitive intervention strategies by analyzing various factors forming mental inferiority,behaviors,and internal mechanism. |
