| 摘 要： | 旅行社的售后服务是其旅游产品销售中的重要一环,具有十分重要的意义。但从目前南昌市旅游市场来看,售后服务往往不被重视。本文对南昌市旅行社旅游产品的售后服务现状进行了调查,并对其进行了相关分析,进而提出了加强售后服务的几点策略。
