| 摘 要： | 民主党派基层组织是民主党派保持同所有代表的群众密切联系的最直接渠道，是发挥参政党职能、增强党派活力、实现党派政治任务的基础。当前民主党派基层组织建设面临新的挑战和严峻的形势，这要求我们进一步加强民主党派基层组织建设。

| Abstract: | The primary-level organizations of non-Communist parties are the most direct channels linking these parties with the populace represented by them. These organizations serve as platforms where their members can display the party function, enhance the party vigor, and realize their political tasks. The current construction of these primary-level organizations is facing new challenges and a stem situation, which requests us to further strengthen this work. |
