| 摘 要： | 基于系统论思想，从整体的角度分析了企业成长系统。并以优化企业成长力为目标建立了多目标优化数学模型以及信息实体模型。最后，在用计算机程序语言模拟的企业成长环境下对企业的成长过程进行了蒙特卡罗仿真。通过比较最大企业竞争力，获得了最优策略情况下各种评价指标的分布参数。这对实际中评价企业的成长性以及在企业成长过程中调整各项与评价指标相关的战略策略具有非常现实的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The enterprise growth system is studied as a whole based on the system engineering theory. Aiming at optimizing the capacity of enterprise growth, a mathematic model of multi-objective optimization and an Entity-Relationship model are built. In the simulated growing environment of enterprise, the process of enterprise growth is built by Monto-Carlo simulation. Through the comparison of enterprise competent capacity, the optimal policy under suitable value of every optimal parameters are obtained. It provides great guidance for adjusting policy related with parameters in the real growing progress of hi-tech enterprise. |
