农业规模化生产进程中土地流转问题分析及对策

结合中国农业发展现状,通过对农业相关的土地法律法规和可行性政策进行理论分析和实地考察,突破现有的农业发展的固定模式,根据现行农业政策和农村整体经济状况以及农业人口的收入水平和收入模式,对比各种农业体制下对农村整体经济发展的影响以及对农业人口经济生活水平的影响,在理论上探索出一套适用于中国农业土地流转的运行体制,并初步得到一个适用于旨在进行农业规模化生产的农村土地流转经营体制的管理模式,为我国的农村土地流转提供理论模型。
