干馏热解气化焚烧的影响因素分析

摘    要:确定固体废弃物在干馏热解气化焚烧炉内稳定焚烧的工艺参数。针对干馏热解气化焚烧炉的特点,分析稳定焚烧过程的重要性,探讨焚烧工艺参数对稳定焚烧的影响规律。指出送风量与气化炉、燃烧炉的温度关系是焚烧系统控制的关键。通过对某型焚烧炉的测试,得到了送风量与气化炉和燃烧炉的温度关系曲线。测试结果表明,实时动态调控气化炉和燃烧炉的送风量,能够实现固体废弃物的稳定焚烧。

Abstract:The operation parameters of stable combustion in retort pyrolysis gasification incinerator are confirmed.The importance of stable combustion in retort pyrolysis gasification incinerator is dissertated.Effects of main operation parameters of the incinerator system on stable combustion process are analyzed.The temperature relationship between the excess air and the gasifier or firebox is the key of incinerator system control,and the relationship is obtained by testing certain incinerator.Tests results show that the stable combustion of solid waste can be realized through real-time dynamic adjust and control the excess air of a gasifier and firebox.
