| 摘 要： | 农业产业化是改变农业效益低下和其在产业结构中附属地位，促进我国经济持续、快速、健康发展的有效途径。但农业存在的各种弊端却严重地制约了产业化的进程。本文对制约农业产业化进程的观念、劳动力等因素进行剖析，并提出了相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | The agricultural industrialization is an effective way to change the low agricultural efficiency and its subsidiary position in the industrial structure.and to ensure our economy continuous,fast and healthy development.But the various disadvantages existing in agriculture seriously restrict the process of industrialization.This essay makes an analysis of views to restrict the course of the agricultural indusrialization and factors such as labour force.The appropriate countermeasures are also put forward. |
