直线感应电动机高速运动时的终端效应

摘    要:为了深入了解直线感应电机的端部效应,以提高其性能,建立了直线感应电动机理想的一维数学模型,根据电磁场理论导出气隙方程的解,分析了模型的解及相关参数与磁场和推力的关系.分析表明:直线感应电动机高速运动时的端部效应主要由入端效应波引起,可采取增加电机极数,增大电机的次级电阻、气隙和电源频率,采用双层绕组或增加补偿绕组等措施,减轻端部效应的影响.

Abstract:To deeply understand the end effect of linear inductive motor and to raise its characteristics, the ideal one-dimensional mathematical model is established. The solution to the gap magnetic field equation is worked out according to the theory the solution, the concerned parameters, the magnetic field and the force is analyzed. The analysis shows that the end effect of linear inductive motor when working at high speed is mainly caused by the wave of the input-end effect. Such measures as increasing the number of the electrodes, the air gap and the frequency of the power supplementary windings and increasing supplementary windings can be taken to reduce the effect of the end effect.
