摘    要:通过求解薛定谔方程得到由矩形势垒构成的量子系统的变换矩阵和透射系数的精确解,并研究了多量子阱系统结构变化对共振隧穿效应的影响。

Abstract:The transfer matrix and transmission coefficient tunneling through a quantum system consisting of rectangular barriers were obtained by solving the Schr? dinger equation. Effects of structure on resonant tunneling were studied in muhiquantum -well systems.
