| 摘 要： | 乌头的主要活性成分是生物碱类物质,它是一种有毒性的二萜生物碱,治疗量和中毒量比较接近,具有镇痛、抗炎及心血管作用,临床多用于各种疼痛及炎症.从乌头类中药的提取分离、化学成分、毒性及炮制、药理作用、临床应用和含量测定方法等方面进行介绍.

| Abstract: | The main active component of aconitum is alkaloid,which is the highly toxic doterpenoid alkaloid.The therapeutical dose and toxic dose of it is very approximate.It has analgesic,antiphlogistic and cardiovascular activity,and is often used for the treatment of various pains and inflammatory in clinical application.This paper chiefly introduces the extraction,isolation,chemical component,pharmacological action,toxicity,processing and determination methods of the aconitum. |
