| 摘 要： | 采用椎弓根钉内固定的方法治疗３０例胸腰椎骨折，时经半年至７年随访，认为该手术方法相对安全简便，创伤小，复位较满意，固定尚牢靠，脊髓损伤率低，３０例经随访观察，其中２３例不全瘫者均有不同程度的恢复，７例完全瘫者无一例恢复，但具有便手术后护理，早期功能锻炼，减少截瘫并发症等优点。

| Abstract: | The transpedicular internal fixation was adopted in 30 ca ses of fracture of thoracolumbar spine.This operation has been proved to be rela tively simple and safe with minimal trauma,satisfactory reduction and a low rate of spinal cord damaging,The results showed that all 30 patients turned out sati sfactorily.23 cases recovered partly from incomplete paraplegia,but 7 cases didn t.It is considered to be beneficial to nursing,early functional practicing and t he reduction of paraplegia. |
