北京市次干道上车道被占用对通行能力的影响

摘    要:为研究交通事故对次干道上车道的横断面通行能力的影响程度,考虑到车流量未达到饱和时对单位通行量的影响,在对各国通行能力标准进行比较分析的基础上,引入通过率。综合加权单位通行量和每分钟通过率这两个指标,得到车道实际通行能力的综合评价模型。在此基础上,建立了车辆排队长度的计算模型。通过理论值与实际值的对比分析,证明了该模型的准确性。

Abstract:In order to study the degree of the capacity of the traffic accidents on the secondary main road,considering that the vehicle flow rate does not reach saturation state,we use the pass rates by comparing the traffic capacity of many countries.By using the aggregate-value method of the weighting between the unit traffic capacity and the passing rate per minute,we build the comprehensive model of the traffic capacity.On this basis,we establish the calculation model of the vehicle queue lengths.Through the inspection result,we show the accuracy of the model.
