摘    要:风力送丝系统是卷烟厂卷烟生产流程的关键环节之一。由于风力送丝系统具有负荷变化频繁、随机性、调控滞后等特点,加之扰动因素较多,常规的PID控制器往往难以胜任。采用专家控制与传统串级控制相结合的风力送丝系统自动控制方案,能有效地解决上述问题。在工程上,该方案成功实现了对安徽省某卷烟厂风力送丝自动控制系统,并取得了良好的控制效果。通过实践证明,该算法具有响应快、超调小、稳态精度高、抗干扰和自适应能力强等优点,对于工程技术人员如何利用高级控制方法实现控制目标具有较好的指导意义。

Abstract:The tobacco pneumatic conveying system is the key of the cigarette factory production process.As the tobacco pneumatic conveying system has the characteristics of load changes frequently,random,control lag,and many disturbance factors,the conventional PID controller is often difficult to do.The scheme of expert control with the traditional cascade control can effectively solve the problems.In the project,it successfully realized the automatic control system of the tobacco pneumatic conveying system in a cigarette factory in Anhui,and achieved good control effect.It is proved by practice,the algorithm has the advantages of fast response,small overshoot,high steady-state precision,anti-jamming and strong adaptive ability.It has a good guidance significance for engineering and technical personnel to use advanced control method to realize the control target.
