CDMA网络中软切换的一种优先策略

为了降低CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)网络中软切换的特殊移动所引起的资源消耗,在分析特殊移动的基础上,提出了动态优先级的算法.该算法根据信号强度变化率的幅度过滤需要刷新的请求,给出了一体化估算关系式,并添加了补偿因子,有效地识别了特殊移动情况,最终依靠优先级队列避免了不必要和调整不及时的切换.试验表明,该算法能够降低系统资源浪费主要资源占用率降低6.8%,计算代价小,不需要硬件投资.

Criticality Policy for Soft Handoff in CDMA Network

In order to reduce the level of resource waste result in special movement for soft handoff in CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) network it gives a method for dynamic criticality which can leach the soft handoff request depend on the popple of changing rate for signal power based on analysis special movement. Depend on the associated equation for estimating and the equation as compensatory factor it can leach special movement effectively even to avoid unnecessary handoff and adjust untimely handoff through the criticality queue. The experiment shows that the algorithm can reduce the waste system resource and the computing cost is small.
