高职院校师资队伍建设途径分析

摘    要:教师是教学质量的保证,高职教育需要教学素质高、实践能力强的教师队伍。高职院校应通过青年教师上岗前培训、职教能力达标、担任辅导员工作、老教师的传帮带、增加企业工作经历、定期教研活动等制度来提高教师教学能力和职业能力,并实施激励教师提升学历、奖励工作绩效等措施,提高教师的专业水平,进而建立合理的高职师资梯队。

Abstract:Teachers are the assurance of teaching quality. Vocational education needs high-quality teaching staff with superior practical ability. In vocational and technology colleges, youth teachers'working ability and experience can be enhanced and enriched through the following methods: working as a counselor, being mentored by senior teacher, improving teaching competency and working competence through regularly teaching and research activities, adopting and trying some new teaching methods to improve professional level and quality, building up the reasonable teaching staff.
