| 摘 要： | 常州应该定位为长三角沪宁发展轴上的"中继性"区域中心城市,其基本功能是"承接传递,汇集整合"。根据"中继性"区域中心城市的定位,常州应是增强苏南经济内生性的根据地、长三角现代服务业的服务区和长三角科技创新与产业化的孵化园。

| Abstract: | Changzhou should be positioned as a central city of "relaying" area which is the development axis of Shanghai and Nanjing.The basic function is "accepting and transmitting,gathering and combining".Because of its position,Changzhou should be the area strengthening endogenetic economy of the southern Jiangsu,the service area of modern service,and the hatching garden of the technological innovation of Yangtze River triangle. |
