柴油喷雾粒子全息再现像的图像处理

摘    要:本研究从分析喷雾再现粒子像的光场分布出发,探讨了灰度阈值的选取对粒径测量误差的影响.通过对粒子图像直方图的实验研究分析,提出了灰度阈值的自动选择方法和实现了多阈值自动分割,以解决不均匀背景粒子再现像的测量精度问题.通过对粒子再现像的调焦过程光场分布计算分析和试验研究,提出了一个简单可行的判焦准则,利用此准则可以加快判焦速度.

Abstract:In the paper,the authors have analysed the effect of gray threshold chosen on measurment error.In connection with this work,a method for auto-choosing the gray level has been obtained in order to analyse the histogram of the holograph-reconstructed image of spray droplets by making use of the idea of multi-threshold auto-segment.Thereby,the processing precision and speed have been raised for the droplet of holograph-reconstructed image in non-even backg-round.A simpl and useful criterion for distiguishing the focus is recommended which has been obtained by the calculation of luminosity distribution during fo-cusing and testing.By use of these results and the holograph-reconstructed imageprocessing system developed.
