新型微步进旋转驱动器的设计与分析计算

摘    要:文章介绍了一种新型微步进旋转驱动器,该驱动器核心元件采用螺旋原理,用定子内箝位的方式和均布薄壁柔性铰链微变形结构;根据分析和有限元计算,其核心元件——运动转换机构输出的角位移与轴向位移成线性关系,且施加载荷也与轴向位移成线性关系,该驱动器在精密运动和定位、微操作、光学、生物及医学工程等领域将有较大的应用潜力。

Abstract:A novel precision step rotary actuator is developed in this paper.The core component of the drive adopts the principle of spiral,working with an inside clamping of the stator and a micro-distortion structure of the uniformly distributed thin flexible hinges.According to the calculation and finite element analysis(FEA),the axial displacement of the shift mechanism of movement,the core component of the actuator,has a linear relationship with the angular displacement and the load.It is of application potential...
