| 摘 要： | 藏族传统文化倡导民众树立崇高的信仰,通过对精神生活的追求和献身,形成了追求信仰,修持精进;辛勤劳作,身心专一;忠于职守,忍耐静修;适应自然,顺从自然;施舍财富,奉养僧人;杜绝贪欲,克制欲望的价值观和人生观。

| Abstract: | Tibetan traditional culture advocates that man should have lofty belief. By pursuing spiritual life and self - sacrifice, they have built up the following values and view of life ： go after one＇ s belief, practice religion ; practice diligently and devotedly ; be loyal to one＇ s duty, tolerate and practice retreat; adapt oneself to nature and comply with nature ; give alms to others and support monks; put an end to greed and hold back desire. |
