| 摘 要： | 从近年来中国民族地区科技活动投入入手,分析了民族地区科技投入存在的问题及原因,提出要建立政府科技投入稳定增长机制,加大科技投入比例,创新政府科技投入管理体制,鼓励发达地区对口支援民族地区,科技发展要重视R&D人力资源投入等建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the discussion of science and technology investment in China＇ s ethnic minority areas in recent years, analyzes problems and causes, and offers the following strategies： establishing stable growth mechanism in investment, augmenting investment proportion, innovating investment management system, and giving priority to R＆D human resources investment when developed areas offers their help to ethnic minority areas. |
