摘    要:当一个壳体结构被安装到具有振动的结构物或基础时,由于必须满足位栘连续条件,因此壳体的边界运动引起了壳体本身的变形,当由此而产生的应力足够大时,壳体就会失去稳定。文献[1]证实了纵向相对于横向的边界振动对壳体的影响要明显得多。在本文里研究了具有纵向振动的边界条件下圆柱壳体的稳定性问题,本研究应用了Donnell方程及Galerkin方法。研究结果表明壳体的稳定与否取决于边界振荡的振幅与频率,以及与壳体的几何尺度和位移型式有关。本文最后提供了一个具体数值实例。

Abstract:When a shell element is attached to a structure or a base undergoing a proscribed motion, the compatibility conditions of displacement must be satisfied. The edge constraint can induce the deformation of the shell. When the stress is sufficiently large, the shell may boeome unstable. The paper [1] has proved that the longitudinal motion relative to the transverse motion at both onds is observed to have more significant effect on the generalized coordinates of vibration. The present paper studies the stability of a cylindrical shell with its ends oscillating longitudinally. The Donnell's equations and Galerkin method are used in the study. The stability of the shell depends on the amplitude and frequency of the edge oscillation as well as the geometry and displacement mode of the cylinder. One numerical example is given.
