固体酸催化剂的制备与应用研究

摘    要:对于课题组制备的分子筛、活性粘土和负载型氧化物超强酸等固体酸催化剂,用于正丁醇和乙酸的酯化反应的实验结果进行总结。结果表明,固体酸的选择性,尤其在保护环境方面要比液体酸好得多。

Abstract:Acid catalysts have been widely applied in petrochemical enginerring, arometic compound alkylation and esterification reaction etc. In this paper, solid acids and supperacids such as zeolite, active clays and suported superacids were prepared and applied in esterification reaction of n-butanol with acetic acid. The results showed that solid acids were much better than liquid acid in selectivity especialy in protecting environments from polution.
