环电极带电射流雾化特性的研究

摘    要:研究了液体射流在环电极产生的静电场作用下的雾化特性,建立了环电极空间电位数学表达式,以及带电雾滴直径同充电电压、液体表面张力、动力粘性系数、液流与气流相对速度等参数的关系式.最后根据上述结果设计制作了气流式静电喷头,为静电喷雾技术在大型气流式喷雾机上应用提供了科学依据.

Abstract:Atomization properties of charged injection are studied under the action of electrostatic field generated by ring-electrode on the basis of electrostatic spraying theory. Some mathematical models are established for space potential produced by the ring-electrode, the relationship between the charged droplet size with the charging voltage, the surface tension and viscosity of liquid, the relative velocity of liquid and gas and other parameters. An air-flow electrostatic nozzle is developed on the above-mentioned results, thus providing the scientific basis for the application of electrostatic spraying technique to large air-flow sprayers.
