炉内烟气辐射换热有效长度分析

摘    要:对三维辐射换热问题中热辐射能量传递的有效性作了理论分析,对区域法数值求解控制方程,采用误差分析原理作了一些重要的公式,通过数值计算,得出了有效辐射长度的概念,采用有效长度概念进行区域法辐射换热数值计算时,可以使计算工作量大大减少,也可以为快速计算提供理论方面的依据,有效长度的概今对三维辐射热换问题中的Monte-Carlo求解法或热射线求解法均有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In this paper,we made some theoretical analysis of effective length of radiant heat transfer based on the zone method of three dimensional radiant heat transfer problem in the furnace.And by means of the error theory,we deduced the concept of effective length of radiant heat transfer and several important formulas for the solving process of three dimensional radiant heat transfer.Using the concept of effective length of radiant heat transfer for the solving of three dimensional radiant heat transfer problem,the convergent velocity will be greatly increased and calculation time and working can be decreased.
