摘    要:通过流变学测试,分析了分子量和浓度对壳聚糖凝胶的影响,结果表明大分子量和高浓度具有协同促进凝胶形成的作用。分子量和浓度主要通过加大分子链间的物理缠结作用和提高分子链密集交联程度来增强壳聚糖凝胶的力学性能,当壳聚糖分子量高于30万时,促进凝胶作用的主导因素是浓度,而分子量低于30万时,促进凝胶作用的主导因素是分子量,在大分子量低浓度的条件下可以达到低分子量高浓度的凝胶效果。

On Effects of Molecular Weight and Concentration on the Rheological Properties of Chitosan Gel

Abstract:The influence of different molecular weight and concentration on chitosan gel was analyzed by rheological tests. Results show that the larger molecular weight and higher concentration has a synergistic effect on the formation of chitosan gel, mainly by increasing the physical entanglement interaction and the degree of crosslinking density of molecular chains to enhance the mechanical properties. Moreover, the gel concentration plays a dominant role in promoting the formation of ehitosan gel when the molecular weight was greater than 3 × 105, otherwise the molecular weight was the main factor. Meanwhile, the gelling effect of low concentration with high molecular weight is equal to that of high concentration with low molecular weight.
