| 摘 要： | 本文分析了市场经济环境下企业中的人与市场的关系以及人力规划、调度、培训工作中的群组工作特征和不良结构特征．在ＣＳＣＷ思想指导下，建立企业组织结构和企业的ＣＳＣＷ概念模型，在此基础上对人力需求分析、预测及人力规划、调度、培训策略作了简要分析，并给出人力规划、调度、培训的决策流程图．

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the relationships between an enterprise manpower and the markets in market economic enviroment,the features of group work and ill-structure characteristics in manpower planning,dispatching and training.Form CSCW point of view,we design an enterprise organizational structure and an enterprise CSCW architecture,based on which manpower demanding,forcasting as well as strategies of manpower planning,dispatching and training are analysed briefly,also the decision procedure is given. |
