摘    要:作为当今最富生命力的教育思潮之一,终身教育已经并将继续为我国社会各阶层的民众所关注。而随着终身教育理念的拓展而引发的学习社会及学习型城市的创建,在全国掀起了高潮。当前面临的困境是,由于理论研究的滞后,在实践层面出现了一系列因理解上的片面性而导致的政策失误。为使我国在推进终身教育的进程中准确把握发展的方向,重新对终身教育的基本范畴予以界定,进而对实践中出现的种种偏向予以清晰的审视,则显得非常必要。

Abstract:Lifelong education,as one of the most powerful educational thoughts,have been greatly emphasized by people of all walks of life in China.Along with the development of lifelong education theory,the construction of the learning society and the learning city has become an active movement.Nevertheless,an existing problem is that some inappropriate policies were made in practice,due to various misunderstandings in theoretical research.Therefore,in order to correctly navigate the educational development in the process of lifelong education,it is vital to redefine the essential meaning of lifelong education theory and clear the misunderstandings in practice.
