| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors introduced status of transformation of scientific and technical payoffs, and analyzed practical situation of improving transformation of scientific and technical payoffs in part province or city in China. Finally, the authors put forward suggestions of promoting transformation of scientific and technical payoffs in China. |
