摘    要:为了解决在测试系统申由于传感器动态特性引起测试数据失真的问题,提出了一种集数据采集、误差修正、数据存储于一体的智能测试方案。介绍了基于白适应神经网络的传感器动态补偿算法。阐述了测试系统的软、硬件实现方案,即以TMS320砣812DDSP为核心控制单元,采用高速模数转换器采集数据,通过动态补偿算法处理数据,采用外扩存储器技术存储数据,通过USB接口读取数据。为验证测试系统的实时修正能力研制了传感器模拟器并运用本系统对其输出的数据进行了采集,调试结果表明,本系统能够准确地采集存储数据同时还能够修正由传感器模拟器引起的动态误差。

Abstract:In order to correct the error caused by dynamic characteristics of sensor in test system, a novel test system which contains data sampling, error correction and data storage, is designed. The principle of test system is that the TMS320F2812 DSP acts as the main control chip, dynamic compensation method based on adaptive neural network is used for data processing, Ex-patulous Memory is used for data storing, and USB interface is used for data Transmission. In order to test the feasibility of test system' s dynamic compensation ability, then the simulator of sensor is designed and its output is sampled by the system. The sampled data from system show that the system does not only samples and stores data accurately, but also corrects the dvnamic errors caused bv simulator of senaor.
