| 摘 要： | 运用模糊综合评判和层次分析法,对银川经济技术开发区土地可持续利用水平进行了评价.结果显示,其土地开发利用的隶属度为0.407,处于强可持续利用阶段;社会和环境影响的隶属度分别为0.396和0.735,均处于低可持续利用阶段;经济影响的隶属度为0.478,处于不可持续利用阶段;综合评价该开发区的土地利用水平处于低可持续阶段,隶属度为0.343.最后对评价结果进行了分析,并提出了相关政策建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,the sustainability in land use of Yinchuan economic and technological development zone is evaluated.The results of land use classification and evaluation show that the land development level of sustainable use,which membership grade is 0.407,belongs to strong stage;the social and environment impact of sustainable use of land,which membership grades are 0.396 and 0.735,belong to low stage;the economic impact of sustainable use of land,which membership grade is 0.478,belongs to non-sustainable stage;the comprehensive level of sustainable use of land,which membership grade is 0.343,belongs to low stage.The results of evaluation are analyzed in the end of the paper,meanwhile some related suggestions for policy are put forward. |
