掘进机喷雾系统的故障树与可靠性分析

摘    要:喷雾系统是掘进机的重要组成部分,其工作状态直接影响工作面的环境、工人的身体健康、设备的使用寿命和生产的安全.针对掘进机喷雾系统的常见故障,建立了该系统的故障树,对掘进机喷雾系统进行了可靠性计算,通过各底事件对顶事件影响的分析,找出了影响该系统可靠性的主要因素.这对提高掘进机喷雾系统的可靠性、改善掘进机的工作性能、提高机器使用寿命和改善掘进工作面的环境与安全,具有重要的价值.

Abstract:A spray system is one of important components of roadheaders whose operating condition exerts a direct effect on the environment of working site,the health of workers,the service life of equipment,and the safety of production.The paper offers a summary of common failures affecting spray systems of roadheaders,gives a failures tree of the system and features the calculation and analysis of a reliability of the system.Analyzing effect of base events to top event leads to the main factors influencing the system reliability.The practices are of very important value to raising the reliability of the system,improving operating performance of roadheaders,increasing useful life of the machine,and making better the environment and safety of roadheader working site.
