| 摘 要： | 采用RP-HPLC法和紫外分光光度法测定森登-4复方不同配伍中总萜和栀子苷的含量,通过对结果进行统计分析,研究森登-4不同药味组合与总萜和栀子苷提取量之间的关系.结果表明,全方组中总萜和栀子苷的含量较高,而栀川组中两者的含量较低(p<0.05).森登-4不同药味配伍的总萜和栀子苷溶出具有显著性差异.

| Abstract: | The relationship between the extracting quantity of total terpenes and jasminoidin and the different matches of senden-4 compound are studied.RP-HPLC and UV spectrophotometry are used in the determination of total terpenes and jasminoidin.The statistical analysis results indicate that the total terpenes and jasminoidin of the total senden-4 compound are higher,and the total terpenes and jasminoidin of Zhi Chuan group are lower(p<0.05).The dissolution of the total terpenes and jasminoidin in different matche... |
